Reviews and Ratings
I loved my stay at the hotel! The room had everything I needed for a family getaway, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient, with great dining options nearby and shopping within walking distance. The facilities like the pool and BBQ area added to the enjoyable experience, but I wished my room had a balcony for some outdoor relaxation.
The hotel feels more like a self-contained apartment with all the conveniences of a hotel. While the rooms were small for a couple and a pet, the pillows were luxurious but uncomfortably thick. The odd whistle sound was a downside, and the lack of daily servicing was unexpected.
The hotel had very clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms; however, it was too warm initially and took a while to cool down. The lack of information about the hotel, restaurant, and surrounding area was a downside, with no way to contact reception directly. The service was super helpful and pleasant overall, though there were moments where the staff seemed frazzled when dealing with requests. The location was perfect for our weekend needs, but some construction issues persisted. The dining experience was poor, especially considering the pre-paid, 'free breakfast. '
